In the past, we came together, raised the necessary funds, and secured a home that continues to provide safety for women escaping domestic and family violence and homelessness.

Balance the Scales, locally
The 2026 International Women’s Day theme, Balance the Scales, calls for action to remove barriers to justice, safety and opportunity for women and girls.
For our community, that means ensuring women and children can access safety when they need it most.
This lunch is about coming together, celebrating progress, and turning shared values into local action.
